Browser Requirements: Netscape Navigator version 4.7 or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher. (If you are using AOL's browser, please switch to one of the above if you experience any difficulty. To do this: log on to AOL. Minimize the browser. Then launch either Netscape or Internet Explorer.)

Video Requirements:

QuickTime: The videos are presented in QuickTime. For best results, use the latest version of QuickTime. You may download this free software here.

The Ask the Author and Legal Conflicts in Business Videos include two versions, one for low-speed connections and one for higher-speed connections. You will automatically be directed to the version that matches your connection speed.

All the videos include Closed Captions. To activate the Captions, select the "CC" button in the lower left corner of the video. To close the Captions, select this button again. You can open and close the captions as often as you like, while the video plays.

The Scripts for each video are also provided and may be printed.

The Drama of the Law and Legal Conflicts in Business Videos also include Discussion Questions.

Registration: You must first register your serial number text before you can enter to use the product.

To register a serial number:

  • Have your serial number available. (You may not share a serial number with anyone else. The serial number provides access for one person for a subscription period of 365 days.)
  • Click on the Register button.
  • Then click the link at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.

To enter when you have registered your serial number:

  • Have your User Name and password that you created during registration available. (A copy of this is automatically emailed to you when registration is completed.)
  • Click on the Enter button.
  • Enter the username and password you created when you registered.
